Norflox Eye/Ear Drops is an antibiotic, used in the treatment of bacterial eye/ear infections. It relieves the symptoms of the infection by stopping the further growth of the causative microorganisms.

Norfloxacin 0.3% w/v (3 mg/mL) — a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic

Mechanism of Action :Inhibits bacterial DNA-gyrase, preventing DNA replication in susceptible bacteria — bactericidal effect. 
Indications (Uses) :Bacterial eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis(When labelled for ear use) external bacterial ear infections like otitis externa and control of ear discharge. Primary Uses (Eye) :

Norflox 0.3% Eye Drops are used to treat bacterial infections of the eye, such as:
Bacterial conjunctivitis (pink eye)
Keratitis (infection of the cornea)
Blepharitis (infection of the eyelid margins)
Corneal ulcers caused by susceptible bacteria
Post-operative eye infections

Ear Use (if labeled Eye/Ear Drops) :

Some Norflox formulations are also used for:
Otitis externa (outer ear infection)
Bacterial ear discharge

Locula 10% Eye Drop contains Sodium Chloride 10%, a hypertonic saline solution used to relieve corneal edema—a condition where fluid builds up in the cornea (the clear front part of the eye), causing blurred vision, eye discomfort, and sometimes light sensitivity. This formulation helps draw out excess fluid from the cornea through the process of osmosis, thereby reducing swelling and improving vision clarity.

Locula 10% Eye Drops contains sulfacetamide sodium 10%, an ophthalmic antibiotic used to treat bacterial eye infections.
