This cream is used in short term treatment of moderate to severe melasma (brown and gray patches) of the face.

A Ret HC Cream is a prescription medicine having a combination of medicines that is used to treat melasma. It helps in quick skin renewal. It provides relief from redness, swelling and itching.

A Ret HC Cream should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. It is for external use only.

Do not use this medicine more than the recommended dose. Inform your doctor if you have known allergies from this medicine. The common side effects of this medicine include thinning of the skin, dry skin, burning, irritation, itching and redness at the application site.

If these side effects or any other symptoms which you think are because of this medicine persist for a longer duration, please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or are suffering from any other disease. This medicine is not safe to use in breastfeeding mothers.

Hydroquinone + Mometasone + Tretinoin is a combination of three medicines: Hydroquinone , Mometasone and Tretinoin, which treats melasma (dark spots on skin). Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes darkening of skin. This effect is reversible. Mometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly.

Melalong Cream is a medicated cream that functions as a skin lightening agent and can be used in the gradual bleaching of hyperpigmented skin due to freckles and senile lentigines.

Melamet cream is a topical medicine; it contains a combination of three components, namely Mometasone, Tretinoin, and Hydroquinone. Melamet cream is used for the short term treatment of melasma, a con. For best results, avoid sun exposure of skin and the use of sunscreen is recommended.

There isn't any clinical evidence currently to suggest that hydroquinone is harmful to humans. However, minor side effects are still possible. It may cause a temporary uptick in redness or dryness at first, especially if you have sensitive skin. These effects should fade as your skin becomes used to the product.

Pacroma Cream is used to treat eczema (atopic dermatitis). It works by suppressing the activity of certain immune cells that cause inflammation (redness and swelling) of the skin. This relieves itching and improves rashes in atopic dermatitis.

Pacroma Cream is used for external use. It should be used 2-4 times a day on the affected area or use it as suggested by the doctor. It should be applied slowly and evenly to the skin until it is rubbed in. You should not use it too often and you should not cover the treated area with a bandage or plaster. You must inform your doctor if there’s no improvement even after two weeks of treatment or if the skin gets worse.

Use of Pacroma Cream may cause some common side effects such as headache, nasopharyngitis, cough, influenza, fever,  and viral infection. It may also cause reactions at the site of application like burning, irritation, itching and redness. This medicine is not normally recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding unless it is clearly needed.
